Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period
We provide a 2-day free trial for all new subscriptions. This allows you to fully test the Logiover service, connect your WhatsApp, and evaluate the AI performance before any payment is made.
If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Since we offer a free trial to ensure satisfaction before purchase, Logiover operates on a no-refund policy for processed monthly payments.
When a payment is processed after the trial ends or upon monthly renewal, it is non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
3. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings dashboard or by emailing our support team. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
4. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We commit to fairness. If you experienced a critical technical failure (e.g., service downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours) that prevented you from using the service you paid for, you may request a pro-rated refund.

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank, your account will be immediately suspended. We recommend contacting our support team first to resolve any billing issues amicably.
