1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Logiover ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Logiover provides an AI-powered automation tool designed for real estate brokers. The service integrates with WhatsApp to automate responses using Large Language Models (LLMs). We act as a software provider and are not a real estate agency.

3. Subscription, Trial, and Billing

  • Free Trial: We offer a 2-day free trial for new users. No charges will be applied if the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends.
  • Subscription Fee: After the trial, the service is billed at $99 USD per month.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including WhatsApp's Business Policy. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM).
  • Harassment, impersonation, or fraudulent activities.
  • Violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by WhatsApp or third-party networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Logiover, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
