Privacy Policy

The short version

This is a static website that sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The scrapers run on Apify, inside your own account, on data you supply — we do not have access to your runs, your datasets or your credentials. The only personal data that reaches us directly is what you choose to put in an email.

This website

logiover.com is served as static files from Cloudflare Pages. There is no login, no account, no comment system and no form that posts data back to us. No advertising, analytics or session cookies are set by this site.

As with any website, Cloudflare processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — to deliver pages and to prevent abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain — no third-party font CDN receives your request.

The Apify actors

Every scraper listed on this site is a published actor on the Apify Store. When you run one, it runs on Apify's infrastructure under your Apify account:

• The input you provide and the dataset it produces belong to your account, and are governed by Apify's privacy policy.
• We cannot see your runs, your inputs, your datasets or your API tokens. What is visible to us is what Apify reports to any developer about their own actors: aggregate run counts, user counts and revenue.
• Actors read publicly accessible pages and public APIs. They do not log in to third-party accounts on your behalf and do not access anything behind a password.
• Nothing is copied to a system of ours, and no dataset produced by an actor is sold, shared or used to train anything.

If an actor's input asks for personal data — a list of names, domains or email addresses to process — that data is yours, stays in your Apify account, and it is your responsibility to have a lawful basis for processing it.

Ready-made datasets and data products

Where we distribute ready-made datasets or data feeds built from our actors — on data marketplaces, by direct delivery, or as scheduled refreshes — the same ground rules apply:

• Sources are only publicly accessible pages and official public APIs and registries. No hacked, leaked, login-only or paywall-circumvented data.
• Some datasets contain limited, publicly posted personal data — public display names or usernames, and business contact details shown publicly on a listing. They contain no sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, national ID numbers, passwords, financial account data) and no non-public private contact databases.
• Collection is limited to the fields the dataset promises; unnecessary identifiers are dropped or truncated.
• Processing follows GDPR / UK GDPR (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), CCPA/CPRA and Türkiye's KVKK. Removal, correction and opt-out requests sent to [email protected] with the dataset name and record URL or identifier are actioned within 30 days and propagated to scheduled refreshes.
• Delivered snapshots reflect the source at collection time; raw fetches are kept only as long as needed for quality control and refresh cycles.

The browser extensions

The Product Listing Exporter and Property Listing Exporter extensions run entirely in your browser. They read listing data (titles, prices, addresses and similar fields) from the shop or property search page you have open, and export it to a file on your device when you ask. Exported rows never leave your browser: there is no account, no login, no analytics and no server-side copy of your data.

The only data that reaches our systems from an extension is license verification: when you enter a license key, the extension sends the key to our licensing endpoint (ext.logiover.com) to check it against the purchase record. Free-tier usage counters are stored locally in your browser. License purchases are processed entirely by Gumroad and governed by Gumroad's privacy policy; we never see or hold your card details.

Email you send us

Email to [email protected] is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox we control. We receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, address, and a description of your problem — and keep it only as long as needed to deal with the matter. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. Please do not send credentials, API tokens or confidential business data in a support email.

Service providers

• Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, email routing and the extension licensing endpoint.
• Apify — the platform the scrapers run on, and the party that bills for them.
• Gumroad — the merchant that sells and bills extension Pro licenses.

Payments for the scrapers are processed entirely by Apify and appear on your Apify invoice. We never see or hold your card details.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask for it to be deleted, using the address below. In practice the only records that exist on our side are the emails you have sent us, so a request is answered by exporting or erasing that correspondence.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
