logiover

Terms of Service

Last updated August 27, 2026. These terms govern use of logiover.com and of the software published under the name logiover, operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye.

1. Scope

These terms apply to this website, to the guides published on it, and to the web scrapers (“actors”) published under logiover on the Apify Store. Where you obtain an actor through Apify, Apify's terms of use also apply and take precedence over these terms in the event of a conflict.

2. Licence

Subject to payment of any applicable fees, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the actors within your own Apify account and to use their output for your own purposes. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software itself, or attempt to extract its source for redistribution.

3. Billing

The actors are billed by Apify under Apify's pay-per-event or pay-per-result model, and charges appear on your Apify invoice. We do not process payments or hold payment details. Apify's refund and cancellation terms apply. Pricing shown on this site is indicative; the price on the actor's Apify Store page at the time of the run is the price that governs.

4. Accuracy of extracted data

The actors read publicly accessible pages and public APIs and structure what they find. A source can change its markup, rate-limit a client, geo-vary its content, or publish something inaccurate. Output is therefore provided as observed, not as verified fact, and commercial or editorial decisions taken on the basis of it remain yours. Where an actor assigns a confidence score to a result, that score is an estimate and is labelled as one.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the software to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the Apify platform. Because the actors read third-party websites, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms and applicable law governing those sources — including data protection law where the output contains personal data, and the volume and rate at which you choose to run a job.

The actors are built for lawful data extraction. They are not to be used to gain unauthorised access to a system, to circumvent an authentication or authorisation control, or to degrade the availability of any service. Attempting any of these is outside the licence granted in section 2.

6. Security research and safe harbour

We welcome vulnerability reports about logiover.com, its subdomains, and the actors published under the logiover account. If you research in good faith and in line with the disclosure policy — no denial of service, no social engineering, no access to another person's data beyond what is strictly required to demonstrate the issue, no public disclosure before a fix — then:

  • we will not initiate legal action against you, or support one, in respect of that research;
  • we consider your activity authorised under any applicable computer-misuse law, to the extent that authorisation is ours to give;
  • we will acknowledge your report within three business days and tell you when the fix ships.

This safe harbour covers only systems we operate. It cannot and does not authorise testing against Apify's own platform, Cloudflare's infrastructure, or any third party — each of those has its own program and its own rules. There is no cash bounty.

Correspondingly, security research carried out by logiover against third-party systems is performed only inside a scope published by the owner of that system or by a bug bounty platform acting for them, under the constraints set out on the security page. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to test a system you do not own, or as an invitation to test one on our behalf.

7. Availability and support

The actors run on Apify's platform and this website on Cloudflare's infrastructure; their availability depends in part on services outside our control, as does the availability of the third-party sites the actors read. Support is offered in English by email at [email protected], normally answered within one business day. No specific response or resolution time is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising out of or in connection with the software is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits.

10. Content on this site

The guides are published for reference and may be quoted with attribution and a link. They describe techniques against sites that change constantly; nothing in them is legal advice, and following a guide does not make a particular use of a third-party site lawful.

11. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to run the actors. Sections 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
